Had a lovely Xmas break at this cozy hotel in a charming neighborhood. The breakfast buffet was delicious with different hot dishes every day and freshly baked goods. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the nearest metro and with plenty of great restaurants nearby. We also appreciated the free map and advice from the staff on how to navigate the city.
The walls in our room were quite thin so we could hear some noise from other guests in the hallway and adjacent rooms. the wifi was a bit spotty at times which made it difficult to stay connected with family and friends back home.

Thanks for the lovely stay to the Manager the staff! Comfortable room and good breakfast what else do the travellers need? Good location near the metro, cosy bar, friendly girls on reseption desk.

The atmosphere is depressing. Old furniture and small bathroom. You do not receive much useful information from the reception desk. The breakfast room is small and unpleasant, the quality of the bread is poor. You even have to pay an extra 60 RUB for a real coffee. No fresh fruit.

We had a nice stay thanks to the hotel ''Regina". Wonderfull hospitality of its wonderfull stuff. Welcoming reseptionists. Rooms were very comfortable, quite spacious and clean. We liked the breakfast. Thanks the stuff of the bar. Brilliant work of the hotel. Thank you.

Clean rooms and bathroom. English speaking staff available (though not all). Good wide bed with good mattress. Good information on tourist attractions.
The walls are thin like the wallpaper on it. You hear every noise in the rooms next to you. Breakfast room is small and you have to reserve to be able to have a seat. The location is not so quiet as predicted. Rooms which are located towards the street are noisy from traffic sounds and shouting people in the night. The neighbourhood is rather poor

Good hotel. The location was very important for us. The hotel was realy close to the city centre and to the underground. The stuff at hotel was kind and smiling; good work :) Our room was quite spacious, cosy and greatly clean. Breakfast was tasty :) I would recomend this hotel for those who looks for a good and not very expensive vocation full of hospitality and comfort.
